VDT Department "Sound Reinforcement" offers Seminars at Prolight + Sound
The new heads of the VDT sound reinforcement department, Martin Lehmann and Tobias Berlet, have put together a well-rounded seminar program for Prolight + Sound as part of the VDT's ProAudio College. With one of the two focal points organized by the unit, they are addressing those who have already gained experience on the job. One seminar, for example, deals with the question of how sound reinforcement can succeed in acoustically difficult rooms; another shows in which situations immersive sound reinforcement will pay off.
There is a general shortage of skilled workers in the industry. New attendees are therefore very welcome everywhere. In the topic strand “Berufseinsteiger:innen” they will receive valuable tips from the VDT sound reinforcement department regarding their first steps in the event and sound reinforcement industry.
“As still quite new heads of unit, we are pleased to be able to directly offer something concrete for the industry within the framework of ProAudio College's”, Martin Lehmann explains his motivation to us. His colleague Tobias Berlet adds, “Passing on expertise and networking with each other, are our goals both in the ProAudio College and in our overall tasks in the department!”
